How long will it take to get my order?

Orders ship within 5 business days of ordering. You will receive a confirmation email when it ships with tracking information. All orders within the U.S. are considered domestic orders and they are shipped and delivered within 2-5 business days. *Please see International Orders for more details.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal - we do not accept cash, check, Venmo, Bitcoin, or money orders.

How do I cancel my order?

Items canceled by 9AM EST the following business day after being ordered can be canceled and refunded in full.  Items canceled after 9AM EST the following business day are non-refundable.

To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@bowanddrape.com with your name and order confirmation.

 

DOMESTIC RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I exchange my item?

Yes!  You can exchange your item if you are unhappy with the fit of the garment.  Accessories and non-sized items are not eligible for a refund. Exchanges apply to garments requiring a size change within 30 days of purchase at bowanddrape.com, for an item in unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached.  The following exclusions apply:

  1. All purchases made at a retail partner location is subject to their return & exchange policies and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason at bowanddrape.com
  2. Due to the nature of our sample sale items, which are often used, all sample sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange for any reason.
  3. Due to the nature of our customized products, any item which has explicitly been stated as final sale by a Bow & Drape employee prior to the purchase will be treated as a final sale item and is not eligible for return or exchange, unless an incorrect item was mistakenly shipped. 
  4. Any sale item listed as final sale via bowanddrape.com marketing channels including but not limited to official and unofficial Bow & Drape email, paid and unpaid advertising posts

 

Return Policy

Due to the customized nature of our Bow & Drape products, all purchases of Bow & Drape items via bowanddrape.com or any purchases made via our official social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram and Facebook, are non-refundable and available for size exchange only.

We want you to absolutely LOVE your Bow & Drape design, so please reach out to us prior to placing your order if you have any questions at all!

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & RETURNS

What is the cost to ship internationally?

International shipping is not free, the cost depends on the destination country.  

The cost Bow & Drape charges for shipping covers ONLY the cost of the postage for shipping purposes, and EXCLUDES any additional customs fees that may be assessed upon arrival of the package(s) to the destination country.  

Customers are responsible for all customs fees assessed by the destination country and should consult the import laws and regulations that apply to the destination country, which can be heavy at times.  

Orders placed for shipment to non-US destinations are not applicable for cancellation or discount once shipped, and Bow & Drape is not responsible for any additional import fees that arise after the item has left the United States.

Any purchase placed for international delivery is an agreement to the above policy. 

For the cost of international shipping may range from $25- 50 USD. 

What is the return policy for international orders, shipping costs & customs fees?

Bow & Drape ships to a wide variety of countries, each with their own last-mile shipping procedures.  Once an order is out of the hands of the United States Postal Service, Bow & Drape is not responsible for the care of your package.  For this reason, we are not able to offer refunds for international packages, especially those that are lost once they have left our domestic tracking system. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

All our garments are finished right here in the USA by our manufacturing partners in Brooklyn, NY. 

How do I care for my Bow & Drape products?

All of our sparkly embellishments are handmade and cannot withstand the washing machine. Please care for this item by hand washing in cold water and laying to dry flat.
